AMARA Raja Batteries Limited (ARBL), has entered two-wheeler arena with launch of the Amaron Pro Bike Rider 2-wheeler batteries. Powered by VRLA (Valve Regulated lead Acid) technology from Johnson Controls Inc, customised by Amara Raja's R&D for the Indian market, the Amaron Pro Bike Rider batteries come with a first-ever 60-month warranty. The company claims 30 per cent higher cranking power Amarion bike battery for the zero maintenance battery which will be available in three variants: 2.5AH, 5AH and 9AH. The new battery was launched in Chennai in the presence of Amaron brand ambassadors Narain Karthikeyan, Armaan Ebrahim and Aditya Patel.
